How to Change Your Profile Photo

This guide explains how to update your profile photo and what photo rules apply.

How to upload or change your photo

1. Tap your avatar or the Edit Profile option to open the Edit Profile screen.
2. Tap the profile photo uploader at the top of the screen.
3. Choose to take a new photo with your camera or select an existing photo from your library.
4. Your new photo will be uploaded and saved automatically.

Photo requirements

• File format: JPEG or PNG only.
• File size: Maximum 5 MB per photo.
• Content: Use a clear photo of yourself with your face visible. Avoid logos, memes, group shots, and stock images.
• All photos are reviewed against our community guidelines. Photos that do not comply will be removed.

Preview your profile

Want to see how your photo looks to other people? Tap the eye icon at the top of the Edit Profile screen to preview your public profile exactly as others will see it.

Troubleshooting

• Photo not uploading? Make sure your file is JPEG or PNG and is under 5 MB. Check your internet connection and try again.
• Photo was removed? Your photo may have been flagged for violating our community guidelines. Upload a different photo that clearly shows your face and meets the requirements above.
