Manage Passwordless Sign-In

Winklr does not use a traditional account password. You sign in with a passkey, Google sign-in, or Apple sign-in where available.

This keeps sign-in simpler and avoids the usual password problems, such as forgotten passwords, reused passwords, or weak passwords.

What you can manage

Depending on your device and account setup, you may be able to:

  • Add or replace a passkey.
  • Sign in with Google.
  • Sign in with Apple.
  • Remove a passkey from your device or password manager.
  • Recover access through your Apple Account or Google Account.

Changing device

If you get a new phone, sign in to the same Apple Account, Google Account, or password manager you used before. Your passkey may sync automatically if your device settings allow it.

If the passkey is not available, choose another sign-in method or follow the recovery steps from your device provider.

Removing a passkey

Passkeys are usually managed by your device or password manager, not directly by Winklr.

Check the passkey settings in:

  • Apple Passwords or iCloud Keychain on iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
  • Google Password Manager on Android.
  • Your chosen third-party password manager, if you use one.

Only remove a passkey if you are sure you have another way to sign in.

Good to know

  • Winklr does not know or store a password for your account.
  • Your passkey is protected by your device, browser, or password manager.
  • Google or Apple sign-in is handled by Google or Apple, not by Winklr.
  • You should only set up passkeys on devices you personally own.
