Change Your Language
Winklr is available in multiple languages. You can change the app's display language at any time from your settings.

Changing your language
- Open the app and go to Settings.
- Tap Personal.
- Tap Language.
- Select your preferred language from the list.
The change takes effect immediately -- all labels, buttons, and messages throughout the app will update to your chosen language. No restart is required.
Automatic language detection
When you first install Winklr, the app automatically detects your device's language setting. If your device language matches one of the supported languages, the app will use it by default. Otherwise, the app defaults to English.
Good to know
- Your language preference is saved to your account, so it carries over if you log in on a different device.
- Changing your language does not affect the language of messages sent to you by other users -- those remain in whatever language the sender typed.
- Error messages and system notifications are also translated into your chosen language.
